Generic programs fail because they skip the individual. The 360° Body Audit removes the guesswork. We look at seven dimensions of your health and fitness, then use what we find to build something that actually fits you.
Posture & Alignment
We look at how you hold yourself at rest: head position, shoulder alignment, spinal curves, hip tilt. Bad posture is one of the most common hidden drivers of pain and injury after 50. Catching it early means fixing it before it becomes a real problem.
Movement Screen
We watch you move through the basics: squat, hinge, push, pull, carry. This shows us the compensations and weak links that standard strength testing misses. Everything we build after this gets filtered through what we see here.
Body Composition
Scale weight is almost useless on its own. We look at lean mass versus body fat and how that ratio has shifted over time. That gives us a real baseline to track progress against, not just a number that bounces around with water weight.
Cardiovascular Fitness
We get a read on your aerobic capacity. Not a grueling test, just enough to understand your recovery time, your energy levels, and how your heart handles sustained effort. That shapes how we structure sessions and how fast we ramp things up.
Strength Baseline
We test functional strength across key movement patterns: how much force you can produce and how well you can control it. Nothing extreme. The goal is knowing where you actually stand so the targets we set are real, not arbitrary.
Flexibility & Mobility
Tight hips, a stiff thoracic spine, limited ankle mobility. These things quietly cap what you can do in training and in daily life. We figure out which restrictions matter most for your goals and build them into your program from day one, not as an add-on.
Lifestyle & Goals
We talk about your sleep, your stress, your schedule, your history with exercise, and what you actually want out of this. A program that doesn't fit your life won't last. This conversation is how we make sure it will.
